If no one has any better suggestion (give them a couple of days), I'd use the IRF3205 in the power supply and the IRF3710Z for the outputs. The HIP4080(?) will likely need to be replaced.

Look up the datasheet. You should have drive pulses on the input and output pins.

Something it pulling/holding that terminal down. Someone else here on the forum just found that a capacitor connected to that terminal was shorted. Check that first.
