Moode Audio Player for Raspberry Pi

Post-release patches are sometimes provided to fix critical issues that are reported after a release is published. This is so users don't have to wait for the next release to get the fixes. It's considered a benefit 🙂

I don't see anything wrong with the commands in the release announcement but if anyone notices something I'll investigaate and update the announcement if necessary.

It's not an option for sudo but an option for apt. It allows apt to automatically answer yes to prompts and perform the install without any interaction from user. It's applicable for what I would call "typical installs" where there are no package holds, conf file overrides, downgrading etc. Those conditions require other apt options for unattended install.

Hello,

I have a problem with the display of my USB drives.

Under Configure, Library both hard drives are recognised and the number of folders and thumbnails are also displayed.

But when I go to ‘ Browse by Folders ’ I don't see any USB drive, nothing is displayed under Album either.

I need help please.

Greetings Dirk
You should click Update library that Moode start to scan all usb driver. After that, you click into player guide then choose album, artist in library that list your usb driver's content.

Hello guys,

I've tried installing moOde on 3 different Raspberry Pi (one with HiFiBerry AMP2 DAC, one with DAC HiFiBerry DAC2 Pro, the third have no DAC).

On 2 of them (the DAC2 Pro and the one without DAC), trying to do the post release fix gave me the same error:

This has been tested with a fresh installation of moOde 9.3.0:

Host: moode-salon
RPiOS: 12.10 Bookworm 64-bit | Linux: 6.6.74 64-bit
Model: Pi-4B 4GB
Audio: HiFiBerry DAC+

Anybody else experienced this?

Serge

Hi,

moOde 9.3.2 is available in the Media Player OS section of the Raspberry Pi Imager or as a direct download at https://moodeaudio.org. Visit the Forum for more information https://moodeaudio.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=7634&pid=63139#pid63139
