A friend of mine build me a tube version.
the sound i got was a little sharp so we began thinking to modify the cartridge for less mechanical resonance.
i show a picture later. Unfortunately I do not have much time for DIY now.

I found this circuit and made my own version.

I used a Baxandell pair as constant current source. Yes, I know that this circuit is not ideal, when 38mA is around. It plays though and I have made another circuit that seems to be better.

Can you tell us a bit about the speakers in image 6051?

This is a monitor speaker. It is called the M44SL. The woofer is made by SEAS to my plans. It has a titanium voicecoil former and copper in the gap. The bigger tweeter is a Wavecor with Tetoron/Graphene membrane. The super tweeter has a 13mm membrane.
The tonal balance is neutral and somewhat brighter then typical English monitors based on BBC designed. Still there is very little fatigue because distortion is so low.

I am using a laplace anti riaa to feed the riaa circuit so it results in a flat responce.

Where can I get that laplace anti riaa?
