Hello, this is my first post and im still learning. Ive read many posts and it gives me a headache at times, haha.
I recently picked up this amp and for some reason when i hook it up to my power supply it only reads around 2.5 volts. Any other amp(including the other non working amps i have) ive hooked up reads 13.8 volts instantly. Am i looking at replacing fets, etc? This site is most appreciated and i plan on buying the BCAE Repiar Tutorial asap, thanks

It sounds like it's drawing excessive current. Does it draw down the power supply voltage without remote voltage applied?
Remove FET601-FET604 and check them out of the circuit. If none appear shorted, clean up the solder pads for the FETs to ensure that there are no solder bridged ans connect the amp to the power supply. Does it still drag down the voltage?
Im guessing i need a certain tool to remove the FETs? FET604 definately appears to have some kind of damage to it.
Yes, you'll need solder, a good soldering iron, a desoldering pump or desoldering braid and a multimeter.
Follow the link to the Basic Transistor Testing page in the sig line below. Use the test for FETs.
