For aesthetic reason Wesayso (not my preference but i can understand it appeals to someone else?

Sharp corners if took care of at design stage might not be such an issue and i hope the loudspeakers pictured use waveguides behind the grills.

As there is a bit of a Kef hype atm, i downloaded all their whitepapers and the R and Reference series gives explanation of their approach to this issues.

I'm pleased about those whitepapers as they describe the engineering answers they have choosen and why.

It definitely gives credits to all these members here describing some of this answers for a longtime ( or not so long) for us.

Noam, have you heard anything that pleased your ears ( rather than the eyes)?

Hmm. Looks like increasingly stratospheric prices for audio furniture.

Can someone release a commercial product that can auto-EQ in the room like Syng’s
and also tell how far away I’m sitting, and adjust the EQ depending on how loud I’m listening? You know, Fletcher Munson style.

And auto detect when I’m sitting or standing, or whether there’s a single listener, a few on the couch or a group of people sitting down like a small home theatres; or maybe a group of people wandering around, and slowly adjust EQ automatically appropriately, kind of like a live Dirac Live?

Whilst you’re there: detect if I’m watching a video at the same time; you know? So you can run IIR filters this without visible audio delay/lip sync issues. or pure music; and engage the FIR filters?

My spouse gets tired of my super complicated setup that looks like a scientist’s lab…

That's just it, they've always had sharp corners and did not use waveguided tweeters...

So I don't expect them to do any better now... For a high dollar firm like that only the price
seems to matter... I find it a bit sad... a wasted opportunity.

So, after 2 packed days with way to much input to put in words. Here are my thoughts on munich 2022. I'll try to make it short since my head is dizzy and my ears are bleeding.

Best of show (for me):

-Kawero! Paired with Ypsilon sounded huge and effortless.
I do prefer they're smaller speaker thou, the Kawero classic. Go panzerholz!

-Next were the new line of yg acoustics. Filled a huge 60sqm room easily

- A magico a5 gave very intimate and beautiful presentation, the magico team really nailed tonality with this one. But I haven't made picture since you anyhow would to hide them... ugly as...

-Stenheim paired with Dartzel. Crazy dynamic! maybe because they use so little inner stuffing?!

-new for me was the tune audio. Thanks for the tip Mr. BA! Sounded effortless and the bass (horn loaded-firing to the floor filled the room with tremendous bass. Poor neighbors...

-viva audio (unknown for me) from Italy
We're sounding very dynamic. Go Horns! Some gentleman I know meant they sound like TL2 of Troels Gravesen. If so, damn I'm going to be a lucky dude!

-Gobel from Swiss! Damn these Swiss people, they have to be the best in everything.

-JBL ... tremendous... seriously capable speaker. Fit and Finnish thou.... ehhh

And last but not least... unknown for me until this point were: Lorenzo from Spain.
Dynamic as fu#k. Never heard flamenco that direct and snappy before... very rich mids.... I hope my upcoming TL2 would sound like that... I do see a lot of design similarities ;)
