The progess so far has been stifled by hesitation on the part of the owner of the garden where the cradle will be placed. We have basically decided to use new bowling balls for the balls. Searching around in second hand stores have resulted in no luck. We figured that we may as well pay for the balls and get what we want becasue we will end up doing that anyway.
Now that school will be out tommorow for me, I will have sufficent time to work on the project. I have found a few examples of cradles made before with bowlign balls, so I am now confident in my design.
The project will be used first for an art show at my school, and then for the garden of my friend's father.
