In an endeavor, for the of the group and myself, to start a Multisim primer thread similar to Mooly's exceptional and successful "Installing and using LTspice. From beginner to advanced." help me out with a poll. How many users of this forum use NI's Multisim? For those not familiar with Multisim, here is a link: What is Multisim? - National Instruments

You can download, as I have, Multisim with Ultiboard. Check this video out: Ultiboard - National Instruments
Does this import LT Spice files? If so, I'm very interested
They both use the same engine. Check out this link and let me know if it answers your question. Importing a SPICE Netlist for Simulation in NI Multisim - National Instruments
Hi Chris,
I am currently using ver. 14. Will it be possible to measure slew rate on an amplifier circuit under simulation?
Kind Regards,
Albert

Yes. Read section 1.39 from this version 8 introduction. I will look for some updated information from 14 as that is what I am learning, as well.

Ok, thanks!
My pleasure. I am in the middle of a Multisim course. I will pass on new information as I learn it.
Ok, thanks!
Check out the attachment. Made simple slew rate measurement with the Tek TDS-2024. Take your Delta V and divide by Delta T. I come up with ~.551 V/us on a uA741 with data sheet test conditions.
