2 versions in the schematic: the one on the right is the one I use, with a JFet current source; the source resistor needs to be selected. The one on the left uses a resistor, sound a bit different, but good nevertheless, for those who have an allergy to sand.

Seriously, this is DIYAudio. LTSpice is the de facto schematic capture and simulation tool. There’s no reason not to download it, even if only to read schematics.

Set yourself free and buy your own computer/laptop! 🙂
I've got a used but nice Thinkpad T440s for $200. So cool to run REW... in my car.

OK, it's installed. I'll give it a try
No, I didn't, and, more importantly, I should also try different plate current and maybe better output caps than MKPs; but it is satisfactory as is.
It was an old picture, the tubes were Russian ECC88/6DJ8 I had as spares for an ancien Solartron scope; they had to be selected for noise, only about a quarter of my stash were OK-ish.
I swapped in the HP/Amperex a few years ago from a small handful I bought used for cheap on eBay, and they're all good. They have the Philips kind of sound (normal, Amperx was yet another Philips brand), the mids are more forward, the highs are a bit less refined than the Russian, but overall quite enjoyable.
