On the page you will find the link to the official datasheet. In the context of PC simulation, which parameters would you use, the official or those reported in that link? Because it would change a lot the volume of the box, the fc and consequently the dimensions of the tuning tube ...

Mms is 17% different, slightly significant.
The compliance is the main difference, and the SEAS data may be "broken in", the AudioExcite sample may not be? If you adjust compliance (such as box volume) to get the same fs you get very similar Qts.
The final difference is 5% higher Bl/Mms, more magnet.
Altogether EBP is only a few % different, suggesting very little real difference.
