Hello Andreas
Here is what a Sony fan has to say:
The 1967 Sony STR-6060F was the first Japanese all-Silicon Receiver.
The All-Silicon Sony TA-1120 integrated amp pre dates the Trio Supreme 1 (1965), but is certainly not Japan's first solid state amp.
Sonys first Home Hifi activities date back to 1958, when they introduced the world's first all solid-state stereo (Simulcast) FM/AM tuner and the first all-solid state portable TV, so it is to be expected, that there were also Sony amplifiers around this time.
Regarding solid state in General the Delco Chevrolet radios (around 1955) are probably the very first (and very unreliable) all solid-state implementations.

for me it is hard to believe that the Sony model STR-6060F was really the first Japanese all transistor (SS) receiver, because the first power devices in germanium was launched much earlier, e. g. the "2T501" 10 years earlier, as to see about

Sansui's first Solid State Receiver TR-707A (TR707A)
approximately six years later than Pioneer's SX-1000TW first SS Receiver follows Sansui's first solid state model TR-707A with the output power devices 2SC2261 from Sanken and output/driver transformers.
Who can post the schematic?
