I am not able to find explanations of Panasonic's date codes for their electrolytic capacitors that match what I am seeing on a recent batch of various caps.
It is not a simple YYWW like Nichicon uses. Have searched here and AudioKarma, and googled....

In my recent batch of Panasonic FC, FM, and FR caps I am seeing two types of codes:
The first code type is four numeric digits + two alphabetic characters. Like these:
1509UL
1627EK
1504DL
And the other code type is two numeric digits + one or two Roman numerals + two alphabetic characters. As below:
17IIGN
93IVDB
16VGN
