Very good specs if you can tolerate staying well within the 50mW rating.
 
These are super tiny, intended for highly integrated and miniturized circuits like cellphones, tablets and laptops, as evidenced by the 0201 size (this is insanely tiny). This is also why there is such a low max voltage limit and low wattage. These are used in devices optimized to sip power.
 
I'll assume that in an audio context you want a resistor with low extra noise, low dR/dV, and low tempco for self heating...

It's much easier to get that in a larger package, more thermal mass means less self heating ; lower electric field (V/m) means less dR/dV, and more resistive material means lower noise (all other things being equal)...

Plus, soldering 0201s is a bitch !!!!! it's for robots not humans.
