Thank you Phofman,
The reason I'm trying to get my pciexpress sound card out my computer
Is because I need that pci e socket free, I have mini itx motherboard which has only one pcie socket and I want to have a graphic card in that socket....
So I need to find a way to connect my pcie sound card into a USB port.

I doubt you will be successful in adding a PCIe socket to your motherboard. It will be less expensive to replace the motherboard if you have room, or to replace your sound card with a USB version.
USB 3.0 PCI-E Express 1x to 16x Extender Riser Card Adapter
but i dont know if it will work.

You have one slot. An extender will fill that slot.... I would again suggest simply getting a USB sound card. There are plenty, and they are certainly good enough.
i have an external "Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi HD USB SB1240", but its not as good as the pci express " Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD", which i consider one of the best pc sound cards ever made....
that's why i would love to find away to use it as external.

"It's not as good" means? Have you actually done blind testing? It's so easy to convince yourself that something you expect to be better sounds better... It may only be a little louder, that will cause you to think it's better, when it is truly the same.
I mean the pciexpress x-fi titanium hd is superior to the USB Sound Blaster X-Fi HD USB SB1240 ...
It's just a much better product, truly audiophile sound card....

Just how is it 'superior'? "truly audiophile" to me is a null statement. Does it actually SOUND better? MEASURE better? If not, then how is it superior? Perhaps it has a fancier price tag, or more expensive housing?
I'm not going to argue about this with anyone, just read some reviews about both of these sound cards.... Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD its better , has a better dac , swappable
Op Amps , better software and i would say better sound.

Well, you make your choice.... Most reviews are really for the manufacturers, not for us. I find that most DACs sound pretty much the same, measure pretty much the same... Your choice, but you still are going to need to replace something to get both devices in the same box.
