Quad opamp tl074cn what replacement?

Hi guys, I have an "Alto X34SW" stereo 3way active crossover that mounts tl074cn. I'm not so convinced by "the voice".
I know there aren't many, good, quad opamps on the market.
according to you replacing tl074 ... with AD713jn? you have other tips.

Datasheet claims unity gain stable. It also says:

"Applications with noisy or high-impedance power supplies require decoupling capacitors close to the device pins. In most cases, 0.1-µF capacitors are adequate."

Would suggest adding 100nF ceramic caps under the board between vcc and vdd pins if you want to play it safe.

The opa4134 is a common, safe bet. Still I would rather go for the opa1644. Not much faster than the 4134 but better all around.

The pdip opa4134 has not been produced for a while btw. Check carefully if you find some, to avoid fakes.

All the opamps mentioned are unity gain stable. And a decoupling cap is a good idea for all of them, especially if you use a soic to dip adapter (as you probably will need to). Luckily the 14 pins package makes it easy.

I've used the opa1644 once or twice. In demanding circuits (as filters can be), it is cleaner than the tl074. Against the opa4134 ? Harder to say, they both sound pretty clean to me. The opa1644 might be marginally better but that could be all in my mind (the opa134 has a reputation of being "warm", I could be influenced by that). I haven't used the opa1654 but from the specs I doubt I could either.

... thanks for your clarification ..
