Hi all,
KSA1220 seems to be obsolete and KSC2690 is available at the big seller.
Did someone know which can be used as a good replacement for KSA1220 / KSC2690?

I have found the Toshiba TTC004B and TTA004B to work vey well in the diamond buffer application. I expect they would work equally well in the various VFET amp front ends where the KSA and KSC parts are listed.
In the New Stasis front end thread were also mentioned the KSC3503 / KSA1381 (onsemi / Fairchild)
O.P. might want to investigate this post: https://www.diyaudio.com/community/threads/ksc2690-ksa1220-8-sets-for-sale.407135/
Sorry for the late answer, missed the notification over new posts.
Thanks for all hints, will look into the datasheets.

The KSA1220, due to its high current capability and highish capacitance, is more of a driver/buffer than a VAS transistor, as are the TTA004B and the 2SA1837 (which is obsolete, too).
The KSA1381 with its low capacitance and limited current capability is a different animal and well suited for VAS but not so much for buffer/driver.
