Back again & sad day for me today, I messed up on my driver board and damaged the pad for pin 12 on the ka7500, anyone selling one or know where I can find a replacement?
Also, on the aq2200 diagram I noticed pin 11 and 12 appear to be in parallel, could I just bridge them together instead?
Thanks

8, 11 and 12 are generally all directly connected on this board but the 3-pin header makes it a bit different. You should be able to easily see if the traces were connected on the board before the damage.
8&11 are together, 12 is completely damaged so I can't trace it, it appears that it doesn't connect to anything unless the trace is in the board itself where i cant see it, if I jump 11 with 12 then the board powers up and gives me both outputs but only if I have the jumper removed. I suppose I could install the driver card and test the drivers.8, 11 and 12 are generally all directly connected on this board but the 3-pin header makes it a bit different. Is there a via connected to the pad for pin 12 that doesn't go through to copper on the other side of the board?
9,10& 11 do but not pin 12.Is there a via connected to the pad for pin 12 that doesn't go through to copper on the other side of the board?
Wait I took a picture before I damaged it, it looks like 11 & 12 have a parallel trace yes?

Thank you, I threw the board back in the amp and now I have a clean gate drive across the board.Yes.
Can I ask what that jumper is for? It's labeled on/9v/off and if on bumps idle current by 450ma
With the shunt removed, does any of the 3 pins read 0 ohms to ground?

I also broke the trace on pin 15, once I fixed that the idle current dropped back down to 22ma, the three pins show open, open & capacitance to ground, but I think Im all good now. With the shunt removed, does any of the 3 pins read 0 ohms to ground?

Thank you once again for your help perry, have a great day bro.
Its not pretty because I drew it. I did build the layout off of this schematic though and its tested and working in a DC 5K.
The rev of the board is different (EOB-004-70) from his but does contain the 3 pin header. From quick glance, this version just has a diode between the collector of Q2 and the REM net.

Thanks for posting.
This is a different type of low-voltage protection/defeat. It allows the comparator (which is used for the other type of selectable low voltage protection/defeat) to be used for the normal duty on the 11 pin PS driver boards.
If you want me to put these on the basic repair page of my site, email me.
