Looking for the stryrol capacitor replacement in rotel marked on pcb C616 . All comments are appreciated.

Ah, now the pics appeared it makes sense! You might have to desolder it to try and read the markings. It may still have a measurable capacitance. Styrol is an alcohol, polystyrene is the dielectric.
Clearly something is overheating to have caused this damage, so there may be more investigation required.

According to service manual it seems to be 560pF - why just not buy a replacement?

Just by looking at the photo I see a resistor which has taken a heat stroke (top left on the 2200uF capacitors) it's not a good sign, no longer the trace of a gunshot, not sure if it's worth it worth bothering with this one.
I have repaired and maintained a few, there is a lot of current in these amps and they tend to light up like a Christmas tree.
