what is the diode for a type D702? Can i take any standard diode? And the transistor 2x?

Transistor could be only 2n4401...the diode maybe a standard small signal diode ?

Correct on both. Have these failed? I've never seen the diodes fail.

No, i have damaged The Diode during remove from The glue.

so, changed all IC´s. Still not work. I got a Signal until LM219. Both 74HC dont make anything. I have different Voltages on the 74HC, and on the Diodes beside. 2V on the old , and 4V on the diode i changed.. Any suggestions?

I think one end of that resistor goes to 5v and the other goes to pin 2 of u703? Is this incorrect?

Yes, one side is 5v,this side has also a connection to PIN 1 of 703. The side with the square wave is connected to u701.

4,96v is pin 1 of 703
5v is other end of resistor 707

The information I have is wrong if R707 connects between pin 1 of U703 and 5v.
