SMD diode mark B4

I need help finding a SMD diode mark B4.I only found them on ebay.
Are there any other diode i can used to replace it?

Is this diode used for part of the gate clamping circuit? part of an irsxxx drive circuit?

It is used in the power supply of a power amplifier.It is connected the the driver transistor for the power supply FETs.The IRS chip is in the output circuit.
