I have purchased the following 110V soft start circuit from Ebay:

What gets me worried that the same seller has another kit for 220V with exact same schematic and part values. Can somebody take a look a the schematic for the 110V version and let me know if it is legit?

from a safety point of view, I would be very wary of a piece of kit that gets its operating power directly from the mains - i.e. not via an isolating transformer.
There are other forms of softstart circuits that you can buy on Ebay that do use a transformer to generate their operating voltage.
One I have used is with some success is

I don't see how it makes a difference in this case, since the circuit is switching line voltage anyway.

Please, what switch do you use in that board? Retaining ON-OFF or Momentary-ON.

I used a momentary biased off-on switch.
i.e. a toggle switch that is ordinarly off, you switch it to turn the circuit on and the switch is spring loaded to return back. To turn the amp off, you do exactly the same, although turning off at the mains with do the same
The softstart module I bought has a bi-coloured LED that is red in the standby position (mains applied but not switched on) and goes to green (or blue depending upon the LED) when switched on.
I went a bit over the top in that I have a full monoblock set up with 2 transformers etc. in a separate case so I used 2 such softstarts, one per channel.

It did surprise me that the boards powered up and started playing before the led lights switched on the 500VA transformer fully.
Also I think its worthwhile getting the temp sensor version (75 degrees)
I recently put this up for sale on fleabay for £3 with no takers.? Also loads of other bits. From what I observe it has two pspaded inputs. One of which is also directly linked to the output. ? It has an adjustment pot but I dunno what for.

My set up is also Borbely Servo 50-DC 101 monoblocks. I found this Bulgin style switch on Ebay but I`m not sure if is "momentary biased off-on". Could you please confirm?.

the switch looks suitable, but I think that the built in LED may not be. IIRC, the module I used came with a 2-colour LED that connected to the unit - see the details connection diagram on the eBay advert.
The LED in the switch you mention required 12 volts which I do not know if the module supplies. A seperate LED would be better.

If you need switch that stays on when pressed look for latching, momentary is usually reset button on PC it stays on until you stop pressing it.
That looks to be 12 volt rated. Is that what you need? If not look for a 220 or 110 volt version. But IIRC, the LEDs in the 220 volt version are padded down to 12 volts.
