Sonus Faber Electra Amator DIY?

Hiya there,
sorry to interput this thread, but I have a question that is in direct relation to Sonus Faber Electa Amator II and pictures posted by pangea here.

I know that mid-bass for SF Electa Amator II is produced by ScanSpeak and I have a question if any of these three units are its equivalent. Original has marking like on pange's photo: 18W SF1

Here is what I found on ScanSpeak webpage about the similar mid-bass units:
18W/8545-00 <- I suspect that this one can be its equivalent or not?
18W/8545-01
18W/8545-K00

Thank you for your help and answer,
kind regards, d.

So much misinformation in this thread ...

Electa Amator 1 had Dynaudio, not Audio Technology woofer. I had once emailed Per Scaaning and he replied to me:

We have been in on Extrema, Guarneri, Stradivari.
Electa Amator woofers were not made by us, but we can mount some of our parts, if it is the mid-woofers that are broken.

Here are the pics that proove the point:

The confusing part is, Dynaudio made another MW180 bass driver (sans "SF" suffix), which was a completely different design - it was 240mm car audio subwoofer:

Not a single part was common between those woofers !

Thanks for the MW 180 SF photo!

"MW 180" was employed in DM 2/10, BM15..etc. Volvo designated 75mm voice coil unit used to be sold on eBay and one could source some for a reasonable price and in good condition if lucky. Both are good for midrange too if one is not too audiophile about it.
