Speaker magnets

So if i take a magnet from another speaker ( let's say ) and glue it on the back of the magnet of the " working " speaker , which direction ? the way that the magnet atracts to the speaker or it pushes it away ? .

In direction it pushes it away. Use smaller bucking magnet and epoxy glue.
