Stetsom HL1200.4 Power supply Mosfet IRFB448

Good day. I am working with Stetsom HL1200.4. The amp is totally dead without any light. I found out that the 4 power supply Fets are shorted, It has the IRFB448 mosfets in the power supply. This mosfet is hard to source from reliable sources. Did anybody tried for a similar substitiute of this mosfet that is available in reliable sources. Please share if you had luck replacing it. Thank you.

I can't find the datasheet. The following site has 40v and 175A.

The csd18502kcs has similar specs and is used in some Brazilian amplifiers. Someone else may have a more definitive answer.

I have used IRFB3006 without any issues or come backs.I am also currently using these same Mosfets in my Taramps HD8000.1 for the last 2 years with no problems.

If this supply has regulation (reduced duty cycle at idle or high B+ supply voltage), you need to force it to full duty cycle to confirm that the idle current doesn't increase at the higher duty cycle.

Tried to replaced it with IRF1404 from Stetsom HL200.4 suppl FETS. since it will take time before i recieved the new parts. so far it is working fine and no heat on FETs whatsoever. Thanks Pery ad Laluns.
