You want to choose a n-type FET with same footprint, good for 150V, at least 30A, low (10’s mOhm) on resistance and a good Safe Operating Range. A quick look suggests IXFP110N15T2

Hi Bigun,
I finally started working again on my projects. I took a long break and sold many other projects that were piling... The usual DIYer...
Speaker protections are both working but I'm planing to get them off-board with a separate supply as I always do.
Amps are working perfectly. I truly love the bass from this amplifier, very hard to believe until you hear it! Solid, in control of the speaker, I mean just perfect!
Now, to find a suitable chassis!
Ciao!

Got a nice letter the other day - while I was at work at the university. Since it was a red colored one, my wife thought it might be a love letter. And she did not write it.
I told her later that she was only partly right, and should not be too worried. But, yes, it is complicated.
(thanks Gareth, for these nice, slightly demanding project!)

- Solid State
- TGM8 - my best amplifier, incredible bass, clear highs, no fatigue (inspired by Rod Elliot P3a)
