I purchased two batches of components from the same supplier, with different positioning holes on them, and the markings seem to be different. Have you ever encountered this situation? Has anyone purchased components from this smt factory? https://www.onepcba.com/STM32F103RCT6TR
Seems one is from a Chinese foundry and the other from Malaysia. Other than that, the 'pin 1' dot seems in the same position.
The additional dot on the CN one seems odd, but should be no reason for worry.
It is not unusual for a PCB/assembly house to have inventory from different bonafide sources.

It is the mark from an equally placed ejector pin to remove the part from the mold. It is larger than the one on lower left.
Confusing, but functional.
They could have used a different mark for No. 1 pin.
But only a few of these devices end up in the field, most are used in factories, so this question is not encountered.
