TL061 upgrade

I am building a buffer box for my pedal steel guitar. MY current choice for the IC is a TL061A. Pretty good, but perhaps a bit noisy. I need an IC that has low quiescent current (< 1ma), will run on a 9 volt battery, and has lower noise than the venerable TL061. Any suggestions?

SOIC or DIP? OPA165_ is low power and infinitely better than the TL061. CMOS input
Yeah, WAY too much current draw; OPA145 is < 0.5 ma. It WOULD be nice to find something in a PDIP package, though. Ain't made much anymore, I'm afraid. Speaking of which, though, anybody know of an INEXPENSIVE SOIC-to-DIP adapter? I've actually got some little circuit boards for this, but I can't find suitable pins.
