Toshiba Dual JFET Heatsink

It takes about a minute for the FET to reach steady state. So on average 1.5 minutes per FET, plus calibrating the muiltmeter using a dedicated current source every 10 FETs, to make sure that the readings are consistent to +/- 5uA.

As said, results to follow.

All thanks for the GB should go to Mark. I did all the interesting technical stuff. He ended up with all the boring things like packing & posting, writing invoices and custom declarations, printing address labels, .......

I am used to being faster than anyone else, even the Postman knows that
BTW I have a hard time figuring out how you can cut those things so precisely? This is extremely small tolerance, indeed!

Google "wire cut EDM".
The process is capable of cutting to less than 5um accuracy.

The difficult thing here is how to do this for 2 Euros !!
