That's guaranteed genuine stuff.
Because what this really means is that some large software company gets to harvest the creative work of others, without payment, without consent. When people offer their creative work on a forum like this, I imagine they generally think it'll benefit like minded DIY enthusiasts. They probably didn't intend to enrich some tech bros, who will then do their best to squeeze actual creative work out of the market place.
Why is this meaningless? At the end of the day, regardless of the design source, its suggestions, and all the dialog it will all come down to a) what can you afford b) what's readily available where you live c) what size/type of room is it going to play in and d) what aesthetic restrictions will be placed on it by you or a partner?
