Hi everyone, I have 4 old stock parts, but new, 2x vifa/scanspeak m25wp09-8,2x vifa/scanspeak tc18sg09-8, at tc18sc I only found the tc8sc49 version and 2 new vifa/peerless xt25tg30-04
4 cabinets, 2 x 48 liters, 2x 22 liters, I simulated in x-over 3 pro, but I can't get linearity 🙁

It's not even clear what drivers you have, you stated 4 drivers but listed m25wp09-8, tc18sg09-8 and xt25tg30-04. Anyway, if the above 3 drivers are what you have, I see some problems.
I didn't find a datasheet for the m25, and without it and measurement capabilities I wouldn't attempt to build a box and a crossover.
Second problem is the almost impossible integration IMHO between the tc18 and the xt25, as this tweeter is not designed for a low crossover point and the tc18 has really high dispersion at relatively low frequencies.
Last point is the age of those drivers. Drivers don't age well if they aren't working, suspension and surround will harden and thus TS parameters can be very far from when new. You really need to measure before any design attempt.
