Virtuix CD Basta WinISD

once I've tried to simulate simply closed box in these programs, and in each case the results was different
I put the same Vb for the same driver and the Qtc f3 and others was different. what is to belive to?

Can you show the graphs side by side? The ones you can see both roll off at around 200hz and the Y scales are different so its hard to tell apples to apples. I know you are looking at the Q but I'm curious about the graphs.

You can check some of the behind the scenes info? Yesterday I used WinISD and Bast and got different results though not drastically. Basta seems lightyears ahead of WinISD, I have used Win for like 20 years and it hasn't changed, I wonder if newer software is better? But if anyone has a one to one comparison and build I would be interested in knowing what is more accurate as well.

Differing assumptions in Qa, Ql, and series resistance will affect Qtc. Make sure all parameters are equal, not just the cabinet volume. As well, how different is the driver response really? Probably not enough to care about.

Qtc in VituixCAD will be found in the info tab. The alignment button will recalculate the box volume.

VituixCAD calculates with the same equations with WinISD so those two give equal result in practice. Environment parameters (speed of sound and density of air) cause just tiny difference. Basta! is a bit different.

P.S. VituixCAD is not Virtuixcad, virtuix CD etc. There is no R in the name.
