...against throwing money out the window for show.....or maybe you just have more than you know what to do with.....send some here " for proper disposal ".
I do understand the drive to build something like this as a challange ...to yourself ...maybe , but otherwise, i mean do you listen to the music or go nuts just looking at them ?

Exactly! And most of that money would go into upgrading my listening room to a house with an ocean view and a great wine cellar! Ha ha!

I use a air ioniser to free the air from dust.
Subjectively highs sound better.
I could build a better amp and with the money left over I could buy a house.

cabinets, in front are TAD 1601a's with Jordan J92s on top biamped.
To the left, the Beasts with 1,000 Jfets (and the painting of them by my
daughter. To the right of that the autographed pic of the first transistor.
On the floor, several Fostex drivers in little boxes ready for listening.
