@xrk971 Hello! I am wondering, how do you decide what size dagger to use for a driver? I am curious about how you arrive at the internal volume, and then how much of that space to allocate to height vs base diameter. I'm guessing the shape of the dagger will depend on the range of the passband? As for the volume, my intuition was to just treat it like a regular sealed box..but I'm second guessing myself
I tried to find an instance of you talking about this already. Maybe I'm just not using the right keywords, but I couldn't find anything![Confused  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
So, sorry if this is something you've already talked about!

Mostly it is based on practical considerations like fitting the driver and keeping the size compact enough. The volume as a sealed rear chamber not having to reproduce any bass makes it easy. Almost anything will do but just not too small. If on the other hand, you need the full range driver to make bass, then you need enough volume to be at least 1/2 of the Vas. In this case, it might make more sense to use the spiral Nautaloss design.
About to do the PS95 and Rs225-4 I seen this- ( https://www.diyaudio.com/community/threads/whats-on-the-bench-tonight-obt.372508/post-7632467)
was wondering is what R1 value would you use for ORIG XO paired with Daytons? I cant afford snagg those SB woofers...And I have a lot of Rs225-4 going to waste lol. @xrk971 I did the RS100 version a few years ago and was a little on dull side so hoping for better with PS95
