I don't see anything wrong with the drive except for the noise.
If you connect a capacitor across the collectors of the vertical pairs of drivers, does the signal get any cleaner?
If you try this, measure the voltage and confirm that you have 12v. Then connect the capacitor with the correct polarity. 1uf-10uf should tell you what you need to know.
While monitoring the signal for the P-channel output FETs, if you move/wiggle the driver board slightly, does the waveform change?
