I made a few mistakes on my last build and was thinking of gluing some screw heads into the holes before powder-coating but filling and sanding would be much better.
It's called body filler as used on car bodywork. In practice it very hard to get a perfect finish, re filling in holes. A nut & bolt is far easier.

Nice work Alex, where do you get your knobs? Finding the right knobs takes some doing.

Andy.

There is no doubt that the modeling scheme is produced by AI, and the 300B SE is completed.

Nice pictures quichun63, you are indeed very keen at chassis manufacturing, just that there are things that I personally do not do, like running signal wire from back to front, or bunching wires together just to look tidy.

Back where I used to work a very long time ago in an engineering lab, all equipment was produced with huge looms of wire running around inside chassis. Techies were actually trained in to do it.

808 SE with 807 CF drivers and 6SL7 input stage. Yet to be tested, need to breadboard a power supply first.

Finally, after collecting 808s for almost twenty years and testing them on the bench with several different OPTs and with different driver stages, I finally got to hear them play music!
With zero NFB and cheap-ish guitar amp OPTs my expectations were low but it doesn't sound half bad. A bit of NFB to get a little bit of damping factor and some more voltage to get those plates glowing dull red, then this will be fine
