I'm not sure what you mean about needing to search for software. I provided the download link for DAEMON Tools. And DAEMON Tools works, categorically.
Regarding a CD ripper, you don't need to use EAC as I do. Any ripper will work with DAEMON Tools, and surely anyone who has a FLAC music collection will already have a CD ripper set up for ripping to FLAC?!
