Turning M-audio M3 6s to passive speakers

long story short I have a pair of m-audio m3 6's and one of them got smoked, tried taking it to a guy who repairs audio equipment and he said there's nothing he can do without the schematic.

i spoke with a guy on Facebook who said he just threw a 3-way crossover in his and it worked great.

I'm totally fine soldering stuff but when it comes to board work im noob.

can anyone recommend a really good ($75-$150) 3-way crossover that would be plug-in-play minus the cabinet work?

As much as I know you hope this will be enough, I'm sorry it won't. It's the response of the filters we need, not recorded with a mic but directly at the terminals, and separately for each driver.

Andersonix is on a different but also good path.

If you end up going this way, it will work but your success will come more down to luck than to how much you spend. You'll probably find yourself modifying it anyway.

when it was on longer than an hour it would just start buzzing with some audio coming threw.

there is one resistor that looks chared at the board
