To start looking for advice on how to mould/glue on mounting plates for mid and woofer

I'm thinking Bondo from what I have seen

Polyester resin (Bondo) probably won't adhere well to the ABS horn, try an epoxy resin like JB Weld 50132 PlasticWeld.
Mixing in chopped fiberglass or wood fibers into the resin would improve the strength and make a "mud".

I agree with Studiotech that the small drivers (woofers equivalent to ~4.5") won't address much of the public, under 88 dB at 80 Hz at 4 meters is the max, which would require more than 60 watts.

Fun looking project, but I fear that starting with low sensitivity drivers that have low power handling is not going to get you enough output for even a small "pa" system.
Yes I do worry about that also. The most common setting they perform in is small spaces.
We will see i suppose. Any ideas for an enclosure type that may help? A rear loaded horn has been floating around in my head as an option

Thanks I will follow this method.
I was hoping I would gain DB by doubling up the race track
I do have a de250 comp driver on hand
