Goal: Small reliable all in one "pa" speaker for friend.
Notes--I chose the drivers for the flat "cones" should negat the need for any chamber fill magic that I don't have the tools or skills to create.
--i will probably be make the cabinet out of nomex honeycomb and fiberglass.

Fun looking project, but I fear that starting with low sensitivity drivers that have low power handling is not going to get you enough output for even a small "pa" system.
Polyester resin (Bondo) probably won't adhere well to the ABS horn, try an epoxy resin like JB Weld 50132 PlasticWeld.To start looking for advice on how to mould/glue on mounting plates for mid and woofer

Mixing in chopped fiberglass or wood fibers into the resin would improve the strength and make a "mud".
I agree with Studiotech that the small drivers (woofers equivalent to ~4.5") won't address much of the public, under 88 dB at 80 Hz at 4 meters is the max, which would require more than 60 watts.

We will see i suppose. Any ideas for an enclosure type that may help? A rear loaded horn has been floating around in my head as an option

I was hoping I would gain DB by doubling up the race track
I do have a de250 comp driver on hand
Clipped and sanded off the reinforcement fins. The surface area is surprisingly flat compared to the curves up front
