There are lots of ways to connect and operate components so they sound terrible. Better check your levels, etc. and make sure your "test" set-up isn't faulty.

Like I said before: if I press the "bypass-all" then sound is almost the same to the original. So I do not think anything wrong with my setup.
Has anyone tried doing these capacitor swaps on a firmware V1.4 model (Rev0 PCB)? Some of the caps are located in the same position as V2 (but with different reference designators) while other parts are missing.
Same question as above AND can anyone suggest which critical caps to change for the RTA/mic input on the Rev0 board?
