Situation with sourcing any of NOS dac's is realy bad. Very dificult to find anything with normal price.
I've seen that some builders of this thread who used Z-foil or S-foil resistor for Riv.

it's not really worth the exorbitant expense unless you want to spend the money, just socket the riv position and try a few diff brands
I have never used those Resistors but I have used different series of Dale, RA, welwyn etc. I didn't experience any major differences that made me favour one over another. Perhaps the exotic ones may display discernible difference, I don't know. I spent my money on different usb interface, IV op amp and PSU, which produced different results that I can establish my preference easily.
I use z-foil on pcm63 dac. Haven't tried the rest 🙂 To me, it's worth the money. To some, probably not.
That i/v board in that post is basically opa627 discrete. There are numerous i/v stages you can try. Onboard is opamp i/v.

That regulator has nothing to do with Walt Jung, I can only say that it is fraud and unauthorized use of Walt's name.
I played with several resistors and found that the differences are audible. Get a few to play with before spending big $$$.

Go for either psu2 or psu1 with lt3094/lt3045 ldo. Psu1 with those ldos should be better, they are well known, and possibly best ic serial regulators for our purposes.
played with them long time ago with amagnetic line : a little better indeed though expensive.
