On the XO if you personally like more treble or “detail” / “resolution” change R4 from 12R to 10R.
I think I will use different tweeters
( xt25sc90-04 ) with 24db LR active crossover after that I will use sonarworks for room correction ( for studio monitoring ).

If you are going DSP, give the Harsch XO a try. See how you like it vs LR24.

Benefits are better percussion and snap on drums and string instruments.

Yes, the WG300 waveguide on my PTT6.5 TL speaker gives enough time delay that I can use a passive Harsch XO for time aligned speaker.

I have not read all this thread, but I thought this data might be helpful for you.
This is the PMC AML1 line. Ignore the decimal places, it is probably only accurate to the centimetre. Width of the line is about 165mm. I have some photos somewhere, let me know if wanted.
Somebody also measured the woofer T/S online. I dunno how reliable the data is but this is what they reported.

Greetings from Bulgaria!
I want to ask the author of the thread XRK971 if there is a change in the box of the original drawing at the beginning of the thread.
I will be using these speakers:

This is the drawing I had in mind.
I see you used the same speaker but with the square chassis

Привет от България!
Искам да попитам автора на темата XRK971 има ли промяна в кутията на оригиналния чертеж в началото на темата.
Ще използвам тези високоговорители:

This drawing I meant.
That SB13PFC should work as only difference is round frame. Your 3/4on SBA tweeter looks fine but the passive crossover is going to be all new.
So you will need to develop your own passive crossover from scratch or go active and DSP or active opamp based line level XO.

I understand that I have to make a new crossover... My question is, do I have to change anything in the enclosure from your drawing. Can you share the midbass crossover?
Cabinet works as shown. No changes. Sorry I can’t share XO for the woofer even. It’s a commercial product.
If you use the DC130A-8 and RST28F the XO is freely available.

@xrk971 - I have moved my speakers to a different room now, so thought of revisiting the measurement of the TL with RS180-8/DC28F version of mine. This is what I get, I had measured at 1m at middle point between woofer and tweeter.

Getting a huge dip around 40hz due to which the low ends are getting cancelled, seems a room issue any suggestions to fix it?
This is the crossover I did it for them now
