What is your comparison to the F4/BA3 pre. That's all I have at the moment.

In the time being, build an F6 - it's crazy awesome. PCB+ Jensen transformers will be in the store next week.

Well poop....I havent finished AJ yet....obviously I must get this while available,
although I promised myself I would wait for F-7.

I've been talking to Wayne, and the revision PCB designs have been sent off to the board house. Need to get those, test them, make sure it's ready for a big batch, and then have that large batch made.

So hopefully, late summer.

Is this amplifier Wayne's design, Jam Somasundram's design or a combined effort of both?
I've never heard of Mr. Somasundram before. Looks like he was with Cary Audio a couple of years ago. DAR[/url]

Jam is an old friend of the "boyz" who own and work at PL. He was tapped
to fill a void with parts of the team spending excessive amounts of time
at Sea Ranch.

AFAIK , the PL headphone project is Jam's, and the DIY effort is Wayne's, not that we don't
contribute in small ways to each other's stuff.
