Yes, these will work with an appropriate KK 254 crimp housing (e.g. 22-01-20x1).

Generally speaking, a connection is made with a "header" (the part with pins soldered to the board) and "crimp housing", which mates with the header and holds contacts ("terminals") crimped onto wires.

Molex is one of many manufacturers making such connectors. Molex makes a number of "connector systems", which vary by size, construction, and intended use.

One of these "systems" is KK 254, which includes a long list of connectors with contacts arranged in a single row with 0.1" (2.54mm, hence the name) pitch. Omicron part lists specify connectors from this particular "system".

Connectors with similar mechanical details are organized in "series". A header series will mate with certain (not all) housing series, and a housing series will accommodate certain (not all) terminal series. For example, the headers I use are from the 6373 series, the housings are from the 2695 series, the terminals are from the 2759 series. If you get a Molex crimping tool, it only works with certain series of terminals.

Within each series you have part numbers encoding the number of contacts/positions, contact plating, tail length, etc. Part numbers for Molex make no reference to the "system" nor the "series", which makes looking them up not-so-straighforward.

To make it more confusing, other manufacturers (JST, Amphenol, etc.) use other designations for similar connectors.

Of course, you can always just solder wires to the PCB and forget all that connector complexity.
