What is The Meaning of Life?

I'll give it a go: Damage is the negative thing one has to endure/create in order to enjoy good. If you need to start a war in order to appreciate a good episode of Faulty Towers, your Ying and Yang is out of tune 😉

You have one and only one purpose in life and that it to fill an evolutionary niche.

😉 The anthropic principle explains all
There is a restrictive lower bound on how statistically probable our observations of the universe are, because observations could only happen in a universe capable of developing intelligent life.

You have one and only one purpose in life and that it to fill an evolutionary niche. Nothing more. If you understand that, and accept fully the consequences of humankind’s position, then and only then will you value your life fully and your place in the cosmos
Then I'm a complete failure. But I do not accept that actually. Not a complete...

Me too. I have never fulfilled my biological destiny and almost certainly never will. In retrospect this is a good thing I think. There are many genetic aspects of my existence that are best left to wither away. I'm referring to the tragic history of mental illness in my family. I don't want to keep that in the gene pool, just like descendants and relatives of Hitler chose not to procreate.
