Group Buy for the Through Hole Folded Cascode CEN IV boards

@RickRay - If you have a look again, the left stacker matches with left IV board, but you need to reverse the faces of the stacker boards. The capacitors etc on the stacker will then hang off the bottom and right will match with right and left with left.

Look at it this way - finished build, IV and stacker board assembled will have silkscreen on the boards facing outwards "FC CEN IV" and "V2.1R" and the stacker board will have "FC CEN IV SK3" and "V3.0R" again facing outwards.

See in the build guide how the finished ones I did are sitting on a piece of mdf? Well there is a hole in that MDF that accommodates the caps etc on the stacker board.

I've added a few photos below that hopefully give a good idea of this - bear in mind I used slightly different caps in the prototype so they look a bit odd aligned at an angle.
