listening spot, both, rear and front only.
My friend and i keep an christmas party every year, this year is gonna be loud and epic.
862´s are going into a box, it´s going to be 4way speaker with 12" midwoofer.

im gonna put el cheapo speakers nude to mordortower, it can do same 30hz what my room restrict, of course only normal levels.
15mm baffle is too much for 2.5", it has same 1500hz dipole peak as 6.5" nude fst which is odd but it´s measured.
so common music speakers and bit louder for movies and stuff

got some smoke out from 2.5" today, limiters were on 18volts. 90db sweep it hits to limiter
planning to switch more efficent 3,5". it seems to be better anyway

Yesterday i tried to take this little piggy 900hz to 20k.
It sounds bad, some resonances on top and i see i´am a tweeter guy, can´t live without clear top end,
but this 3,5" does it´s job on 850hz-3k, it does not have vented pole so it does not play any organ pipe resonances, been noticed its really important thing for OB to have silent motor.
remember post #63?
distortions from hifi c1

it is there, and it is BAD

Got rid of horrible cable hell. got 2 speacon connectors to speaker, other has 6.3mm connectors and 4.8mm, that thinner went to OB. maybe it isn´t problem to take 2K out of 6.3mm abico. 21ipal has only 6.3mm connector.

look at that, high end 21" which can take at least 5k.
could be better

found place to these, can´t make speaker without welding
there goes L.Cao 6.5" or tannoy coaxial
Looking good manninen! As tripods they would be perfect. ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Did some foolish things today.
From 100hz there is small 6l 2way and last 6 channels are subs![Big grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Rear 9" sealeds, in the middle naked 862's and front mission 765's.
Damn there is power! Those 6l' are like 83db/w i don't have guts to give them more than 50V isvpl.
Tomorrow, movie time

Man9 little christmas high db special:
better than nothing braces. one takes 113cl space so around 11liters total loss.
little unsatisfied when i had to put one brace quite close to driver.

WINTER IS COMING!
A good time to put a few naked speakers into a sealed box. While you are building wooden boxes, why not knock out a well respected clever design.
-----------
There is Order even in a Chaotic Universe. Your best drivers are very well suited for a high efficiency 3-way sealed box speaker. The entropy of the audio universe will gradually move them in that direction.... maybe this winter?

9" sealed 50hz
hifi 6/2 from 100hz
My room gives very thick 200-400hz which is unlistetable on some box speakers, i demoed this new concept and let´s follow how did went.
current el cheapo decay for reference

done.
10awg cables quite ok to solder 6,3mm connector.
now have to rip some old blankets to fill these.
180L total, smaller 32L
maybe bigger 130L net
8in4out so it is 4-way speaker
Okay, christmas party is going to happen next saturday.
missing like two significant parts, that high power 12" could ease load from low end, i cant say if my current voice coils can handle that day.
theme music to saturday is
