Have anyone tried 6V6 preamp with transformer output?
Not yet as far as I remember.
@merlin
Schema 6v6 ok.
Try no gnd, full gnd, to see. Use fuse, even glass one for now.
I will use two diodes in series for voltage doubler, I changed all CCS area: resistors & both DN2540, also I will included all zeners 12V 05.5W that I didn't installed, local shop don't have 500V: could I use two fuses in series 100mA 250V or in parallel?
Use two fuses 100mA in series with 2 cm distance between their holders. So they can interrupt without arc.

Something very wrong is going on there. Something with grounding possibly, and early in the configuration. Make it all grounded or all floating, not half grounded, half floating. That doubler if grounded at totem capacitors mid point and all further caps return there is a +/- source, if at the bottom and all further caps return there is a + polarity source.
Was there a fuse this time you took out the Caddock?
Was when connected without fuse.
Isn't there 310-320VDC available without doubling to test for 300V out? Then change all semis including led. Use fuses everywhere. Start with everything floating, ground at one point only, see when fuses are taken out, debugging steps in other words. When the whole config as it is makes its 300 OHM RC cell part in PSU break like being hit with lightning, don't connect up the reg again and again without fusing or reconfiguring, else only same damages will occur.
When testing the reg all is floating gnd: the psu & the reg.
No new fireworks in the PSU 300 OHM, that way?

Yes I have tx 240VAC I will try, yesterday installed two fuses in series separated 2cm 100mA 250VAC, OK first all floating, gnd at only one point, checking fuses.
