DAC AD1862: Almost THT, I2S input, NOS, R-2R

You can use the same old psu1 or psu2 from here, just populate and utilize the ones you need. No need to make experiment with any other psu.
P.S. proper temperature, little contact time, and good solder is all you need. You have a lot of whiskers on solder joints, which indicate some of those mentioned things are not applied :)

@sworder84 how would anyone be able to answer that question? First you would need to have both to compare, second you say it would need to be modified. One way to find out, order both and try them. Or make a decision based on the information you have. Looks to me that the PSU-1 is the way to go looking at the available information.

I got a pair of LM6171 from Mouser and tried them in my line preamp built just for testing purposes (accepts single or dual DIP8 OPA). It does it nicely, but the OPA1611 produced a subjectively better sound, richer and more cheerful. The Burson V6 Classic single is of course even better. So my recommendation for Miro DACs budget variants is OPA1611 (on SOIC/DIP8 adapter of course).
In continued research into various OPAs I tested the OPA1656 dual opamp in my line preamp. The single version for Miro DACs is the OPA1655. A SOIC/DIP8 adapter is of course required. An even better sound than the OPA1612(1611) was obtained, especially in the bass section. The sound of OPA1656 was particularly liked by @mikorist in his PC sound card.
